Artstor is an image database containing 2 million images from the world's museums, archives, libraries, scholars, and artists.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Register for an Artstor account

You must register for an account in order to use many of Artstor’s features, such as downloading images, curating groups of images, and downloading groups of images to PowerPoint.

Go to our library website, and under Databases choose Artstor from the list of databases. If you are off-campus, you will be asked to enter your Salve email username (firstname.lastname only) and your Salve email password in order to access databases.

In the upper right corner of the Artstor homepage, click “register” and enter your information. Once you are registered, your account will allow full use of Artstor. When off-campus, be sure to access Artstor from the link on the library webpage.
