Psychological tests are generally not freely available, even through library subscriptions.
PsycINFO: Find some tests and measurements in the database PsycINFO. Enter your search term (e.g. Stress) or test title (Perceived Stress Scale) in the search box, then type TM (for tests and measures) in the right hand "Select a field" box. Refine the search using the limiter "Test & Measures" on the left side of the results screen.
